Publishing franchise business, TheHomeMag, is expanding operations by adding 58 new markets throughout the United States. TheHomeMag started franchising in late 2006 and currently has 29 magazines with a monthly circulation reaching over 5 million homes in 12 states. The idea behind this new expansion initiative is based on offering franchise ownership in designated locations at a reduced cost. President Chris Goebel states, ‘We are looking for franchisees with great sales expertise who have vast knowledge about these cities. Whether they currently reside, or have lived there in the past and are very familiar with both demographics and factors that drive the economy, intimate knowledge of the location is necessary.’
Rapid expansion of TheHomeMag has been based on 2 factors: developing a proven formula for success by reaching the right audience for advertisers through a constantly evolving targeted distribution list, and providing opportunities for people to own a franchise business with a reasonable financial threshold of entry.
