Spicy Pickle cares not only about children, but also about those healthcare professionals who have dedicated their careers to helping Chicago’s kids live full and healthy lives,’ stated Bob Marcum, general manager of Spicy Pickle’s first Chicago location. ‘May 6 is National Nurses Day, so there isn’t a better occasion to stop in and have lunch or dinner to show your support for Children’s Memorial, and to help us raise money for an extremely worthy cause.’

Children’s Memorial’s ‘Care for the Caregivers’ program supports hospital professionals with relaxation and massage programs, health education sessions, exercise programs and more. The program helps those who provide lifesaving care for the hospital’s patients—some 113,000 children each year – remain healthy, energized and well-trained for their daily tasks.
