San Diego local Gene McNaughton has joined OneCoach to provide area small-businesses owners with the tools and strategies they need to grow their businesses faster and achieve financial success. In the last month McNaughton has brought on a new franchise owner, Randy Hofman, expanding the franchise to serve the La Jolla area.
As an area developer for San Diego county, McNaughton now has a total of four esteemed franchise owners. These franchise owners include: Diane Kohler who is serving the North County Coastal and Inland areas; Chris Husong who is interacting with entrepreneurs in Escondido and Encinitas; George Evashko in the Del Mar area; and most recently, Randy Hofmann for the La Jolla community.
McNaughton grew up in a small town in Iowa with a big dream, but without much financial support. After graduating from high school, he worked 2 jobs and maintained football scholarships in order to pay his way through college.
