Ann Arbor Area Business People On The Move

Real Estate One announced today that Dennis Pearsall of Ann Arbor has been named president of the company’s franchising operation.

There are currently 38 franchise offices in Michigan, and 39 company-owned offices, five of which are in Washtenaw County. Pearsall joined Real Estate One in 2005 when he sold four RE/MAX offices in Ann Arbor, Chelsea, Milan and Saline to Real Estate One. At that time he was named regional vice president, overseeing the Washtenaw County Market Offices for Real Estate One. Pearsall has been a long-time business and community leader in banking and Real Estate. In 1995, he helped form Real Estate Ventures of Washtenaw County and grew the local RE/MAX Co. over the next 10 years.
