The American Association of Franchisees and Dealers (AAFD) announced that Franchise Business Review (FBR) presented awards to the winners of FBR’s 2008 Franchisee Satisfaction Awards at the Total Quality Franchising Awards Banquet on Monday, May 5, 2008, during AAFD’s 16th Annual Conference in Newport News, Virginia.

During the award presentation, AAFD Chairman Robert Purvin said, ‘Eric Stites, of Franchise Business Review is an important new member of the AAFD, and we are pleased to have him present his awards for franchisee satisfaction at our 16th Annual Conference.’

Each year, FBR surveys thousands of franchisees. The franchise opportunities receiving awards have been rated among the very best opportunities by their own franchisees!

‘Keeping franchisees satisfied is not an easy task, and these companies recognize the importance of franchisee satisfaction and work hard to maintain it,’ said Eric Stites, Founder and President of FBR. ‘By continuously monitoring franchisee satisfaction, our clients improve their own performance, as well as the performance of their franchisees, and create a desirable investment opportunity for potential candidates.’
