Owner, operator and developer of franchises Allied Brands Limited is rolling out a new franchise business, Awesome Entertainment.
Managing director of Awesome Water, Drew Edwards, said Awesome Entertainment was based on the business model used by Awesome Water.
“The initial offering from Awesome Entertainment will be quality, affordable flat screen televisions with associated entertainment packages for both domestic and commercial installations,” Mr Edwards said.
Mr Edwards said the group had received 50 expressions of interest for potential franchises.
Allied Brands managing director Peter Graham said the Awesome Entertainment business would be immediately profitable and a material contributor to the group’s 2009 results.
“Allied Brands intends to roll out one to two new product franchises each year using a similar business model once the Awesome Entertainment business is established,” he said.
