Newfoundland Store Named National Franchisee Of The Year

Nigel Beattie, President and Chief Operating Officer of Mary Brown’s Inc. today announced that the Mary Brown’s store in Paradise, Newfoundland, owned by husband and wife team Aubrey and Tanya Bishop, has been named 2007 National Franchisee of the Year.

‘This award is given to a franchisee that not only meets but exceeds the high operational standards of the Mary Brown’s organization,’ said Mr. Beattie. ‘The award recognizes a franchisee’s commitment to such things as quality, customer relations, cleanliness, and community involvement. Indeed, the Bishops have excelled in these areas and are most deserving of this award.’
