With its proven franchise concept First Choice Business Brokers (FCBB), USA, now announces Master Franchises are available in the UK. Therefore the Nevada franchise company dealing with business brokerage intends to open a branch office in London.
FCBB has been in business in the USA for 15 years now. Starting with the United Kingdom FCBB plans the European expansion. Short-term purpose is to establish international offices in the UK, Germany, France and Spain, long-term target to expand into other European countries. Jeffrey Nyman, CEO of FCBB, states: ‘As the business in the US works out well with almost 20 franchises sold, we are well prepared to transfer our business model to the European market.’
The franchise-system operates on the basis of Master Franchisees that are responsible for a major area. The Master sells licenses to individual franchisees who then appoint specially trained associates (or ‘agents’) for running the actual trade – Business Brokerage. The associate is the contact person for entrepreneurs who want to buy a business and for company owners who want to sell their business. The associate supports company owners with special market evaluations and matches them with potential buyers.
