Ten proud pre-kindergartners from the Primrose School of Woodbury, 10350 City Walk Drive, recently walked across the stage — draped in miniature red caps and gowns — to receive their first graduation diplomas.
The formal ceremony commemorated the students’ completion of pre-kindergarten and recognized each child, one-by-one, as they shook their teacher’s hand and shifted their tassels from left to right.
As part of the ceremony, the graduates presented their families with a celebration of songs and lessons they’d learned over the course of the year.
Mrs. Borner and Mrs. Lauterbach, Primrose Schools’ pre-K teachers, created a personalized slideshow presentation for the children and their families set to music. The children were then the recipients of “Most Likely To” awards, as determined by their teachers.
