The International Franchise Association and other members of the H-2B Workforce Coalition recently submitted comments to the U.S. Dept. of Labor in response to proposed regulations of the H-2B program.

The program provides work visas to non-citizens to come to the U.S. to perform non-agricultural work if persons to do the work cannot be found in this country. The Coalition urged DOL not to change the program until long-term legislative changes can be made.
