O’Briens sandwich shop founder Brody Sweeney has put 12 of his two million euro turnover franchises on the market including two Dublin premises based on Westmoreland Street and Harcourt Street. Brody who owns 130 O’Briens franchises in total has advertised the franchises as a suitable venture for multiple store operators.
Brody’s other business venture is with CafÉ Bar Deli (Franchising) Ltd restaurant chain Directors Jay Bourke and Eoin Foyle. Together the three plan to open 20 restaurants over the next four years across Ireland and overseas and are looking for property to buy, lease and build low price restaurants that parents can afford to take their children to for a weekly cheap treat.
