According to the company, the underlying premise of psychometric profiling is the supply of sophisticated management tools to enable an improved understanding of an individual’s personality and behaviour. Success Dynamics claims that the use of such techniques can pay dividends in terms of validating a potential franchisee’s suitability to join the franchisor’s network. The importance of appointing the right people for a business was highlighted in a recent survey undertaken by Success Dynamics (involving 50 MDs and company owners) which revealed that 85% of senior management cite staff as the business’ most valuable asset. Survey participants also highlighted the growing interest in psychometric profiling as a means to enhance a company’s recruitment process with 71% of respondents agreeing that their current recruitment practice could benefit from the use of this type of management tool.
