New Lenny’s To Open At Hacks Cross And Winchester

Lenny’s Franchisor LLC will open a new Lenny’s Sub Shop restaurant Tuesday at the corner of Hack Cross and Winchester.

The company-owned, 2,000-square-foot restaurant, which will also serve as a corporate training facility, is located minutes away from the company’s Southwind headquarters.

Lenny’s, which was founded by Sheila and Len Moore in Bartlett in 1998, has tripled its national presence to 170 stores since a partnership led by George Alvord acquired the sandwich chain in 2004. Its national expansion is in full swing, with the rights to develop more than 300 new stores inked.
