To celebrate this significant milestone chain-wide, the 100th customer at all 100 BIGGBY COFFEE stores across nine states will receive their order for free on July 15.

“It seems like yesterday when we opened the doors to our first store in East Lansing, Michigan,” said Bob Fish, co-founder and CEO. “In reality it’s been over a decade, and during that period we’ve built a distinctive brand that really resonates with coffee lovers. Our 100th store milestone supports that theory.”

BIGGBY COFFEE is the largest 100 percent franchised-based model in the U.S. It’s led by founding partners Bob Fish, Mary Roszel and Michael McFall. The company began franchising in 1999, when it had just two stores open. To date, the Company has doubled store count every two years. In addition to its current stores, the Company has an additional 73 under contract to open during the next 24 months. BIGGBY plans to have more than 250 stores by the year 2010.
