CLM Franchise Consultants has announced the sale of the Lenny’s Sub Shop at 1500 Research Forest Drive, The Woodlands Texas, to Voglersubs77, LLC. Voglersubs77, LLC, is owned by Chris and Rachael Vogler.

Chris and Rachael are longtime Shenandoah residents. Rachael has been in the pharmaceutical sales business for years, and now is a new Mom of twins. Chris has been a Multi-Million Dollar salesman of lakeside real estate in the Houston area.

After visiting and enjoying the Lenny’s Sub Shop in The Woodlands for the last three years, Rachael and Chris felt the timing was right to make the purchase, and become the newest Houston Franchisees. Chris and Rachael will operate the business on a daily basis, and hope to do more locations in the future. More.
