Salad Creations Tosses Aside Typical Fast-Food In Clifton Park

Salad Creations restaurant is scheduled to open in Clifton Park, N.Y., its first store in New York state.

“I think the Capital District needs something like this as a fast-food alternative,” said Stephen Kreisler, a Salad Creations franchisee who will open the restaurant in mid-August at Clifton Park Center.

Salad Creations offers a buffet bar of 40 ingredients for make-your-own salads and a menu that includes prepared salads, wraps, soups and smoothies.
