Yogis Grill Expands Via Franchising

Yogis Grill Teriyaki & Roll, a fast-growing casual Japanese restaurant based in Mesa, Arizona, has begun selling franchises to accelerate growth. The first Arizona-based Yogis Grill opened in Mesa, Arizona, in December 2005. The restaurant has been thriving ever since, leading them to open three more restaurants in the Phoenix metro area.

“We are currently working on another restaurant already this month!” said Won B. Kyeh, vice president and co-founder of Yogis Grill. “Our cuisine appeals to many different types of people and we are looking to expand throughout, and even beyond, the state of Arizona.” Won noted that the franchise program will allow Yogis Grill to open business more quickly than would be possible through company expansion alone.
