The International Franchise Exhibition BUY BRAND: October 2nd to October 4th 2008 in Moscow

The international franchise exhibition BUY BRAND will take place from October 2nd to October 4th 2008 in Moscow, at the Expocentre of Krasnaïa Presnïa. BUY BRAND is a unique Russian project dedicated to franchising; it is the most important event of the sector.

Franchising is intensively developing in Russia, especially in the fast food and services for individuals sectors, as well as in retail distribution.

Every year, exhibitors and visitors of BUY BRAND increase in number. Last year, the exhibition received 175 brands from 10 different countries. The number of visitors reached 5000, 85% of which were potential franchisees.

BUY BRAND is also a group of events brought together under the theme of franchising.

As part of the exhibition, organizers propose conferences, seminaries, and round-tables dealing with actual topics of the sector; brand presentations are also done. The forum entitled “the role of franchising in the development of Russian business” will be the major event.

“Golden Brand”, the national franchising prize will be awarded for the fourth time. This prize was recognized by the president of the Russian Federation.
