The Uppal Group Signs Up With Marriott International

5 Star luxury JW Marriott hotel will be owned & developed by The Uppal Group and managed by Marriott International.

210 key property will come up with a total project investment of Rs. 325 crore.

New Delhi, July 28, 2008: The Uppal Group, one of India’s leading real estate developers has signed up with Marriott International, a worldwide hotel management and franchising company, to manage and operate its forthcoming 5 Star, luxury JW Marriott Hotel in Gurgaon. Entailing total project investments of around Rs.325 crore, the property is located on NH8 and is spread over an area of 12.5 acres.

As part of the agreement, The Uppal Group will own and develop the proposed hotel, while the day-to-day operations will be managed by Marriott International. Designed by Singapore based SCDA, the hotel will offer 210 super luxury rooms and will be a landmark in terms of its design and form - with towers, landscaped podiums and generous atrium spaces.
