Hotels Offering Gas Credits

The New York Times:

Starwood Hotels and Resorts has joined the hotel industry’s growing effort to encourage people to travel despite rising gas costs. Starwood is offering a $25 gas credit and reduced room rates to travelers who stay for at least two nights at select Starwood properties. The gas credit will be calculated into the bill.

Other companies offering gas credit programs this summer include Hyatt Regency (at select properties), Loews Hotels, Boutique Personality Hotels in San Francisco and the Hotels.com and Expedia.com Web sites.
