Wilkins Becomes First Better Homes And Gardens Franchisee

Local real estate agency Wilkins and Associates became the first brokerage of the new Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate international franchise Wednesday.

“Franchising under the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate brand will enable our already successful company to become synonymous with the attributes of the magazine: namely, quality of service, caliber of lifestyle and trust,” said Tom Wilkins, CEO of Wilkins and Associates.

Wilkins & Associates Real Estate is the largest independent real estate company in the Poconos.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate unveiled its new Web site, www.bhgrealestate.com.

Wilkins hopes to benefit from Better Homes and Gardens’ technology, business systems and advanced tools to help support the growth and operation of their brokerage.
