There’s a new kind of affordable luxury spa entering the regional health and beauty market that focuses specifically on the face. Facelogic Essential Skincare & Spa will open its first Ohio location on August 23 in the new Westgate in Fairview Park. The three-year-old franchise, based in Carlsbad, California, offers customized facials, specialty peels and masques, waxing, brow and lash tinting, and is introducing an organic Stone Crop facial using products by Eminence Organics, an increasingly popular line originating in Hungary.

First-time Facelogic guests can experience a customized 50-minute “Signature” facial for the introductory membership price of only $49. Guests can also choose from a variety of “Elite” facials, including the Stone Crop facial, at an introductory membership price of only $79.

As part of the spa’s Grand Opening celebration, for a limited time guests can enjoy two-for-one facials priced at $49 or $79, and in addition receive a complimentary make-up “finishing touch” featuring products by Australian make-up artist Sue Devitt.

Guests can lock in reduced prices by signing up for an innovative twelve month membership, which guarantees the $49 or $79 prices for the first facial, ten dollars off the membership price toward any additional facials during the same month, and in addition offers members a spa rewards program, priority scheduling, and access to VIP events.

Local franchisee Marc Abraham promises that Facelogic will create an entirely new niche for personalized pampering services, one that promises specialized skin care and upscale product brands at prices significantly below national averages. Facials are generally priced in the $80-$100 range.
