A question from an Internet user: how is a know-how transmission process held?
The system has to be transmitted to the franchisee in a simple but in the most efficient way possible in order to allow the knowledge transfer in a short period of time.
The training period of the franchisees has usually 4 distinct parts:
a) Before the opening, a theoretical and practical training period, given in the franchisor’s buildings but also in other buildings.
b) For the opening, a second period of help during the opening and the launching of the franchisee in the place where the franchise is.
c) Regularly after the opening, permanent refresher courses and improvement courses.
d) Continually with notes, circulars, visits, phone interviews…from the franchisor to the franchisee.
