Broadbase Inc. has purchased 18 Jiffy Lube stores, making it the largest Jiffy Lube franchisee in Northern California with 33 locations.
Broadbase, based in West Sacramento, entered the Sacramento market in 2005 when it opened a store in Rocklin and soon after took over a Jiffy Lube in El Dorado Hills. In 2006 the company was named the Jiffy Lube Franchisee of the Year.
“This acquisition is an important step for our company and key to our business strategy for continued growth,” Don Fowler, owner of Broadbase, said in a news release. “As a single owner and operator of this region’s stores we will provide customers with a consistent level of service as well as ample locations to serve our growing fleet customers needs.”
