LongHorn Steakhouse, a member of the Darden family of restaurants, has been named the top steakhouse chain in America, according to Restaurants & Institutions annual Consumers’ Choice in Chains study.
“We’re extremely proud to receive this recognition because it confirms we are consistently providing an exceptional experience for our guests,” said Bob Frame, regional vice president of operations for LongHorn, in a news release.
“Our outstanding team members have a passion for providing great food and great service to every one of our guests and without their tremendous work, this award would not be possible,” Frame said.
In the Consumers’ Choice in Chains study, conducted by Restaurants & Institutions, more than 3,100 consumers were asked to rate nearly 120 chain restaurants on eight customer satisfaction attributes: food quality, menu variety, value, service, atmosphere, cleanliness, reputation and convenience. Winners were named in 13 menu categories based on the scores given to each restaurant chain.
