Stella Appoints New Hervey Bay Managers

The Stella Hospitality Group has announced the appointment of new general managers for Hervey Bay properties BreakFree Great Sandy Straits and Mantra Hervey Bay.

Both general managers bring outstanding industry experience to their new roles in the Queensland holiday hotspot famed for its whale watching and proximity to World Heritage listed Fraser Island.

Geoffrey Nocher, who takes the helm at Mantra Hervey Bay, boasts nearly 20 years hospitality industry experience working in hotel management and as a chef.

Most recently Geoffrey worked on Hamilton Island as Chef de Cuisine and manager of the award winning Beach House restaurant.

He also opened stages 1 and 2 of the Beach Club Resort, managed holiday letting and instigated successful events such as the Great Barrier Feast and the Moet Lunch.
