Galway First:
O’Brien’s, Corbett Court Shopping Centre, Galway celebrates its first birthday this week. Lorraine Purcell, originally from Nenagh, who has extensive experience in the hotel and catering industry, has enjoyed a successful year running the O’Brien’s store to date.
Lorraine Purcell said, “The past year has been a tremendous success, the outlet is performing very strongly and I’m delighted to be involved with such a successful brand as O’Brien’s Sandwich Bars. Having previously worked in the hotel and catering industry for a number of years I’ve gained a deep understanding of what customers are looking for and this has helped me with the running of the outlet to date. I’m looking forward to the year ahead and improving our offering even further”.
