Lauderdale is conducting the Franchise Mini MBA, a series of three, three-day learning programs designed to help franchise leaders develop and enhance their capacity to take on 21st century franchise challenges, on the following dates: Module I, Organizational Development, Oct. 20 to 22; Module II, Franchise Sales & Development, Oct. 23 to 25; and Module III, Strategic Management & Strategy Formulation, Oct. 27 to 29. Each program offers 450 CFE credits.
