Bishops Barbershop, cuts and colors for men and women, today announced it is now offering franchise opportunities across North America. Founded in 2001 by Leo Rivera, Bishops
currently has six locations in Portland.

“We want to build on our success, and franchising is the next logical step in the growth of the company,” Rivera said. “Organic growth worked very well here in Portland, and now it’s time to extend the brand. Personal care is a recession-proof industry, so many people want to be part of the Bishops concept right now, and franchising is the most effective way to offer them the
