Indigo Joe’s Sports Pub & Restaurants debuted its new Party Platter Menu just in time for the start of the NFL and College Football seasons. As the players take to the field, Indigo Joe’s sets its sights on becoming “Tailgate Party Headquarters” for football fans from East Coast to West Coast. A rookie addition to Indigo Joe’s already seasoned lineup, the new Party Platter Menu features such crowd favorites as Buffalo-style Chicken Wings, Teriyaki Kabobs, Mexican Chicken Salad, BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Fruit & Cheese, Meat & Cheese and Turkey Pinwheel Tortilla Wrap Platters. Each platter is designed to serve 10 to 12 guests.
