Beaverton Valley Times:

Dutch Bros. Coffee, a fun-loving and spirited private coffee company founded by two Southern Oregon dairy farming brothers, will open its first Beaverton location on Friday. Free coffee drinks will be distributed all day between 5:30 a.m. and 10 p.m.

The drive-through is located at 8940 S.W. Hall Blvd. just two blocks east of Scholls Ferry Road and directly across from Target. This is the 16th Dutch Bros. store in the Portland area and the 131st store in the chain.

In addition to free drinks, customers will receive two-for-one drink cards and free T-shirts, while supplies last.

The Beaverton shop is the first Dutch Bros. location for local franchisee and Southeast Portland resident Tina Thompson and her husband Mike Gonzales.

“We’ve been huge fans of Dutch Bros. since our days at the University of Oregon and frequented the Eugene locations quite often,” Thompson said.

“After living on the East Coast for a few years, I missed Oregon and really good coffee. When I moved back to the Pacific Northwest I knew opening a Dutch Bros. was the perfect opportunity for me.”
