Wyndham Worldwide, one of the world’s largest hospitality companies, has expanded the innovative Women on Their Way program to include career development, leadership training, work/life balance seminars, mentoring and networking for Company associates.

The Women on Their Way Associate Program will include mentoring circles, workshops on topics surrounding health, family life, and work/life balance as well as career development classes, seminars and networking events. The goal of the program is to help female associates to advance within the Company while creating a culture of camaraderie, support and teamwork.
