Franchise Owners Receive “Maverick Award”

Arby’s Restaurant Group, Inc. honored franchisees Howard Becker, Bill Kerstetter and Tim Heck from Restaurant Enterprises Inc. in Huntington with the Maverick Award during the company’s 2008 Worldwide Franchise Convention Oct. 20-23 in Orlando, Fla.

The Maverick Award is presented to an Arby’s franchisee who consistently seeks out different and better ways of doing things in the relentless pursuit of improving their own restaurants and growing the brand.

“Howard, Bill and Tim have never been afraid to take chances and have made bold moves to build their Arby’s business - marks of true Mavericks,” said Tom Garrett, president and CEO of Arby’s Restaurant Group, in a press release.
