Stratus Building Solutions, a St. Louis-based franchisor of commercial cleaning service franchises nationwide, has entered the Indiana market by awarding a new franchise to Kevin Spellacy, who will own and manage the operation in Indianapolis.
The new business is called Stratus Building Solutions of Indianapolis Inc.
Before opening Stratus Building Solutions of Indianapolis, Spellacy was an executive with Sprint Nextel in Indianapolis.
Stratus Building Solutions offers franchises in Connecticut, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Mexico and now, Indiana.
