Comfort Inn Employee Gets Award

Norberto Roman of the Comfort Inn North hotel of Clarksville has received the Service Excellence — Front Desk award from Choice Hotels International, Inc., which serves to recognize properties and individuals in the Choice family that have demonstrated a commitment to excellence.

The award is part of the Awards for Property Excellence awards program by Choice Hotels, franchisor of the Comfort Inn brand.

The Service Excellence — Front Desk APEX award is given to hotels that, and individuals who, “went above and beyond to surpass a guest’s service expectations.”

Roman is now part of a select award-winning group of individuals among Choice properties in Kentucky and Tennessee.

“Recipients of APEX awards have provided great guest care and demonstrated a commitment to providing top-notch hospitality,” said Stephen P. Joyce, president and chief executive officer, Choice Hotels International, in a news release.
