Kinnear Opens Second Premier Rental Purchase In Dayton

Premier Rental-Purchase franchisee Scott Kinnear opened his second store in Dayton, Ohio on November 22. A 15 year rent-to-own industry veteran, Kinnear said the success of his first location prompted him to open a second store to serve the city’s east side. “It was the right time to tap the potential across town,” he said.

Kinnear spent more than a decade not only managing RTO operations for a large national firm, but also as a “fixer” for troubled stores between Dayton and Columbus. He was inspired by several colleagues who became business owners and settled on a Premier Rental Purchase franchise as the vehicle.

Kinnear said Premier’s flexibility in operations and buying were an important factor. He also liked the company’s low start-up fees the support it offered him in getting off the ground with an effective business plan, financing support and other ongoing services such as human resources and marketing.
