Ex-Moe’s Exec Starts Pizza Restaurant

Atlanta Journal Constitution:

A former executive for the Moe’s Southwest Grill burrito chain plans to open Thursday a made-to-order pizza concept in Toco Hill called Maddio’s Pizza Joint.

Matt Andrew, previously Moe’s president and brand leader, has become president and founder of Maddio’s. Tony Lewis, a Moe’s franchisee and partner in the new concept, is chief operating officer.

Maddio’s Pizza, located at 3027 North Druid Hills Road, allows guests to work with a “pizza maker” to build their own pizza. Guests can choose from more than 45 toppings, six homemade sauces and whole wheat or regular dough
