Royal Host REIT Announces Distribution Of $0.055 To Unitholders

Royal Host Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a distribution of $0.055 per unit, payable February 13, 2009, to Unitholders of record on January 30, 2009. This distribution is the 135th consecutive monthly distribution to Unitholders and brings the total funds distributed to $9.09 per unit since Royal Host’s inception.
