Tom Madine Promoted To COO

Worldwide Express announced today that Tom Madine has been promoted from VP Franchise Operations to COO as part of a corporate restructuring.

Tom Madine joined Worldwide Express in 1997 as a franchise owner, and brought his extensive knowledge of franchising and real-world experience as a Worldwide Express franchisee to the Corporate office in early 2006.

As COO, Tom will be responsible for overseeing the business operations of Worldwide Express.
