The Tuffy Auto Service Center in Iowa City and four other cities has received a Dealer of the Year Award for Multiple Stores at the company’s national dealer convention in St. Petersburg, Fla.
Michael Harding is franchisee of the Iowa City operation and stores in Cedar Rapids, Davenport, Cedar Falls and Waterloo.
The award is given for excellence in customer service, quality control, product knowledge and staff management.
