Dunkin’ Donuts signed an agreement with Dunkin’ Development of Greater St. Louis for the development of 10 restaurants.
The franchisee’s plans call for one unit to open by 2011 and the rest within the next several years, the donut and coffee shop chain said Thursday.
Dunkin’ Donuts started franchise sales in St. Louis in February 2008 and has since signed a total of three store development agreements totaling 34 units, Dunkin’ Donuts said.
Jay Patel, managing partner of DDGSL, owns multiple convenience stores and gas stations in St. Louis as well as six Subway restaurants in Philadelphia. He is also the president of Accurate Personnel Services.
