The Germantown restaurant scene is on the move as Panera Bread Co. signed a 4,010-square-foot lease at 7850 Poplar and Yia Yia’s Euro Cafe has vacated its Saddle Creek location.
St. Louis-based Panera is filling a former Atlanta Bread Co. space in the Germantown Collection development.
The Shopping Center Group LLC local partner Danny Buring and broker John Reed represented the local Panera Bread franchisee, Delta Dough, Inc., in the transaction. Lamar Gaines, owner of Gaines Commercial Brokerage in Nashville, represented the landlord, Kimco Realty Corp., a New York real estate investment firm.
