Stratus Building Solutions, a St. Louis-based franchisor of building service and maintenance franchises nationwide, said Friday it has awarded a new franchise in Orange County, Calif.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
This marks Stratus’ third franchise in California since the firm established operations there in 2008.
The company is headed by CEO Dennis Jarrett and President Pete Frese.
Jarrett said he projects $25 million in revenue for the company this year.
