St. Albans, W.Va., Subway franchisee Larue Causey is angered by the West Virginia Senate’s decision to revise its menu labeling bill to accommodate a former senator in exempting his Tudor’s Biscuit World and Gino’s pizza chains.
Causey and other restaurateurs plan to go to court to block enforcement of the menu-labeling legislation if the exemption remains in the bill.
