Stratus Building Solutions, a St. Louis-based franchisor of building service and maintenance franchises nationwide, said Friday it has awarded a new franchise in Des Moines, Iowa.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Leonard Fazio is president of Stratus Building Solutions of Iowa.
CEO Dennis Jarrett and President Pete Frese lead Stratus Building Solutions.
Jarrett said he projects $25 million in revenue for the company this year.
