Liberty Lodging Opens 20th Value Place

Liberty Lodging LLC, a Maitland hotel developer, has opened its second Value Place hotel in Indianapolis.

The hotel is Liberty’s 20th nationwide. The company is the largest franchisee of Value Place, an extended-stay hotel chain. The company opened its first hotel in May 2007 north of Orlando.

Liberty is building Value Place hotels with a $360 million loan facility from Goldman Sachs, which it is using to build 100 hotels in 10 states. Twelve of the company’s hotels are in Florida, including six in Central Florida.
