Mr. Rooter Corporation, part of The Dwyer Group Canada, Inc., which has an Abbotsford-based franchise, recently received an award from the Canadian Franchise Association (CFA).
During an awards dinner on May 4, the CFA recognized the plumbing company with a bronze Award of Excellence in the Non-Traditional Franchises Mature/Established category for 2009.
The CFA criteria are based on franchises that demonstrate a dedication to following the CFA’s best practices, including superior franchisee relations, team work and communications. Finalists are based on results of a survey completed by member franchisors and franchisees about their experiences with the franchise systems and colleagues.
