South Cotabato Holds Botika Ng Barangay Training

The PHT of South Cotabato, in partnership with Mahintana Foundation Inc. and pineapple giant Dole Philippines conducted a training on the Botika ng Barangay.

Mahintana Foundation Inc. is one of the franchisee of Health Plus, which is also a project of the DOH supported by the German Technical Cooperation (GTZ) and the Kreditantstalt Fuer Weider (KFW).

During the past intergovernmental negotiations, a grant of EUR, 3,067 million was allocated to further support the access of the poor to essential drugs at affordable prices and the strategy of channeling quality and affordable essential drugs to poor communities through the Health Plus Social Franchising System.
