Carl Youngman, Chairman of Youngman & Charm, has been recognized by Cambridge Who’s Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of his career in business management.

As chairman for Youngman & Charm, Mr. Youngman is responsible for CEO mentoring, strategic planning and development, change and culture management, and the sale of companies and financial advising for the private equity industry. He is also an equity investor, financial advisor and a change management practitioner who teaches Entrepreneurship and Managing Growing Businesses at Babson College. In addition, he is the author of ‘In Search of Turnarounds,’ and attributes his success to the support he receives from his wife, Joan Youngman.
