Liberty Lodging LLC opened its seventh Central Florida Value Place extended stay hotel on June 26 on Goldenrod Road and the East-West Expressway.
The 121-room hotel is the 23rd Value Place that Liberty has opened nationwide. Liberty is Wichita, Kan.-based Value Place’s largest franchisee.
The Goldenrod Value Place’s offers efficiency rooms for $199 a week.
LIberty opened its first Value Place in 2007 in Orlando. Its building program was initially funded by a $360 million loan facility from Goldman Sachs.
